Our Story

Two founders. One methodology. Zero fluff.

Aurenza was born from a pattern we kept seeing in real client work: good companies were not failing because they lacked ideas. They were struggling because strategy, operations, sales, marketing, and digital infrastructure were being treated as separate problems.

Founders were getting advice that sounded smart but did not translate into execution. Teams were buying tools before clarifying process. Growth was creating complexity faster than the business could absorb it.

We created Aurenza to bridge that gap. Our work connects market architecture with operational design, revenue systems, and practical execution so companies can grow with more structure and less scramble.

Hannah is the market architect and strategic lead behind Aurenza's consulting practice. She brings clarity to complex growth challenges and builds the frameworks that help companies understand where they stand, where they can win, and what needs to happen next.

Her work spans B2B market strategy, revenue architecture, venture positioning, U.S. market entry, RevOps design, and business architecture for growth-stage companies.

Aida is the operational backbone of Aurenza. She turns strategy into systems, processes, and structures that teams can actually use without requiring constant founder involvement.
